We loved our stay mostly because of the Urban Farm across the street. We went to pet the cats daily, bought our produce, dairy and amazing steaks from the farm shop. The property is great. Brand New, clean and quiet. The large garage to park in was a great bonus. We love to visit Ybor and all the restaurants. Columbia the oldest Spanish restaurant in Florida was amazing.

We had an amazing stay! The house was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. It’s an older home with a unique, charming décor that gave us such a fun and memorable experience. The photos are accurate, and honestly, the house is even better in person. The location was great and made it easy to enjoy the area. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating with all of our requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of the property was definitely the fire pit and the tiki bar. They created the perfect space for our family to relax, spend time together, and make wonderful memories. The only thing to keep in mind is if you’re traveling with an elderly person or someone with limited mobility. The bathrooms have beautiful vintage-style bathtubs rather than walk-in showers, so getting in and out of the tub may be challenging or pose a safety concern for some guests. Overall, this was an incredible experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

House was lovely. Super charming. Only note is that it is not handicap accessible. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the rooms on the main level are step up/ step down... plus stairs to get into all doors from outside. The beautiful claw foot tubs/ showers are also very high for older folks. If you have no one in your party needing accommodations, very highly recommend. The rooms are gorgeous, plenty of space. We had teens to octagenarians in our party and all had a great time.

The cozy carriage house is aptly named. It is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Even before we arrived we had a great experience. Our check-in time was initially at 4pm but we got into town earlier than we thought and the host was easily and quickly reachable for early check-in. Upon arriving, we were instantly greeted by the charm of the house. It was clean and welcoming and had every detail we could have possibly wanted for 6 adults and 6 kids. There was more than enough space for everyone to relax and sleep. The kids loved the pool and there were even some stuffies and games for all to enjoy. The adults really appreciated the decor and beautiful rooms. Lots of fun touches everywhere. Coquina beach is about 25 min away and we had some lovely beach time. We had a great stay and would return again if in the area.

This place was perfect for us. Clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. We spent every moment we could on the back patio and pool. Clare was gracious, communicative, and all around a great human. Thank you for the great stay!

Clare’s house is definitely the most clean airbnb I’ve ever stayed. The house is very beautiful, comfortable from inside to outdoor area. We have family 5 of us and everyone got their own spot in the house. We also enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi very much. Clare is very responsive & the communicate is great! I definitely recommend Clare’s house to everyone.

Our stay at this home was incredible! The house was extremely clean and decorated so beautifully for a bachelorette party! My friends and I loved hanging out by the pool and everyone had plenty of room. It was a beautiful space and Clare was extremely responsive and helpful during our entire stay!
