Its mid-century charm makes you feel at home and relaxed immediately. It’s a perfect entertaining space outside with a BBQ, huge terrace and a large pool with a spa for your enjoyment. There are plenty of outdoor loungers and privacy fencing for you to unwind in the sun.

The outdoor lounge and bar are great in the evenings, for sipping cocktails under the ambience of hundreds of fairy lights and a pink flamingo neon sign for your social media page! We have mosquito curtains and sprays for your comfort in the evening. A large commercial fan is available and ceiling fans to help cool you during the day!

Inside is equally as impressive each room has its smart TV where kids can escape to enjoy their programmes or you enjoy a cosy evening. Our Mid Century decorated entrance lounge and dining area is a fantastic area to socialise, play games, and have fun in the cool AC. Fully stocked kitchen with a juicer, Espresso machine, coffee maker and wine cooler to cater for all your needs.

The villa caters for Families, and professionals looking to escape on holiday or work. Groups who are looking to enjoy one of the many events happening in Miami!

We went to a Marlins baseball game and it was only 10 minutes away! We were visiting family and it accommodated all of our needs. Our hostess Claire put a lot of thought into all the details you would need in this home; mirrors in each room, toiletries, plush bath towels, makeup towels, beach and pool towels, pool floats and so much more. Booked this spot for my sister’s bachelorette and everyone felt right at home. There was enough beds for 9 of us to sleep comfortably. There’s a grocery store that’s about a 20 minute walk from the Airbnb so we were able to grab groceries no problem. Clare had the place ready an hour prior to my check in time so we were able to check in earlier than expected which was a very nice touch. We spent mornings outside enjoying our coffee and breakfast. The code function to get in and out of the house was super easy to navigate. Unfortunately it rained the Sunday we were planning to utilize the pool so we weren’t able to take advantage of that amenity. The host stated the spa got up to 104 degrees, however, even with heating it twice, it still did not get above 88 degrees. Would love to come back and stay here again, maybe when it’s a little warmer.

We did a bachelorette of 8 girls sleeping / 10 at the house and everyone had more than enough room to spread out and feel at home. Clare is exceptionally responsive and the best Airbnb host I’ve had so far! She communicated very quickly and ensured we had everything we needed. The space is PERFECT for groups and it’s easy to get around Miami from the private house. I don’t understand the other reviewer’s issue with the spa, because it got perfectly hot for us. You just need to turn it on correctly using the provided instructions. Clare was also very intentional about her interior space design and created lots of different ways to gather. If you’re on the fence, BOOK IT!

The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is very stylish. A couple of things to note- you can fit 12 people of 3 people sleep on the king bed , otherwise it’s 11 Or 10 people. We couldn’t get the hot tub warm enough to use when it was cold out even tho we preheated it for 1-1.5 hours. Also the propane tank on the grill ran out but we were able to grill a few things. Overall great stay and would come again with these things in mind. Location is perfect.

We had booked Clare’s place for a bachelorette weekend and had the best time ever! The pool was the highlight of our stay, with lots of fun games. We had a pretty packed weekend of activities outside of the house, but always enjoyed ending our days here. Would highly recommend!!

We had such a beautiful stay in Clare’s home. We decided to come to Miami to celebrate a 30th. The place is stunning & the cleanliness was a 10/10. I am a huge critic when it comes to cleanliness but due to her having such a great cleaning staff, it made it such an easy stay & we felt right at home. My group & I truly enjoyed the pool. It was such a treat to our trip. Plenty of space for all & it was so peaceful. We appreciated all the furniture outside & pool toys as well. Not being from Miami we were not familiar with popular places to go but Clare was so awesome at providing lots of recommendations during our stay. She also left us some complimentary drinks & waters in the fridge. Our stay was wonderful & Clare’s home was a home away from home. I would definitely rent her Airbnb again. This is a must stay. Loved everything about it. Thank you again Clare & cleaning staff for enhancing our staff in Miami. It truly made our experience one to remember.
